This is a small utility i developed for New Rom cookers
place this in the location where your dump folder is and Run this application..
there are 2 Picturebox..the first one displays the default welcomehead.96.png in the dump folder
while the other displays the new screen...but make sure you click the second picture box first ( for this release only )
